The Directorate General of Resources and Equipment for Post and Information Technology (SDPPI) has digitized its factory audit process.

To expedite the certification lifecycle, SDPPI/POSTEL has introduced a secure remote audit platform. This allows international manufacturers to undergo technical assessments without the need for physical inspector visits, provided they meet strict documentation criteria.
