The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has officially published Circular No. 14/2026/TT-BKHCN, which streamlines the certification process for key RF technologies.
The most significant change is the move away from rigid product categories toward a risk-based assessment model. This allows for faster market entry for low-risk Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules while maintaining strict oversight for high-power cellular infrastructure.
